What is BESS? Why needs BESS?

Firstly, large-scale energy storage projects total approximately US$132 million.

  • Jiangsu BESS Project – 200MW/400MWh, including battery container, inverter boost prefabricated chamber, EMS, etc.
  • Hunan BESS Project – 100MW/200MWh, including the battery container, BMS system, cabinet, fire protection, HVAC, etc.
  • Gansu BESS Project – 120MW PV power generation project with energy storage, the procurement is 24MW/48MWh energy storage system equipment, including battery container and inverter booster integrated machine, etc.
  • Hainan BESS Project – 100MW agricultural and solar complementary demonstration project, which supports a 25MW/50MWh energy storage system.

Secondly, the total telecommunications energy storage project is approximately 35 million US dollars.

  • China Mobile 2022 to 2024 lithium iron battery for telecommunications centralized procurement (the first batch), tender for a total size of 558.6 million Ah. ZTT New Energy won 13.53% of the tender, ranking second. Which with a winning bid of approximately USD 35 million (actual amount subject to subsequent implementation).
